KARACHI: Education and Literacy Provincial Minister Jam Mehtab Hussain Dahar on Friday directed Chairman Board of Intermediate Karachi, Director General Colleges and Director Schools Karachi to curb ongoing cheating
in examinations at all cost and take drastic measures to counter this menace destroying our future
generations.
This he said while presiding over a meeting in his Sindh Assembly building office. DG Colleges Dr Nasir Ansar, Karachi Chairman Board of Intermediate Inam Ahmed and Karachi Director Schools Dr Riaz Ahmed Siddiqui also attended the meeting.
The minister expressed his resentment over the ongoing cheating
in examinations and directed the officers concerned to take immediate st
eps to eradicate it and not to allow anyone to bring cellular phones
in examinations centres.
He also asked them to provide list of sensitive centres so that more vigilance teams to be sent there to control the
situation. Dahar also suggested to form more vigilance teams to monitor the
situation and seek the help of local police to handle miscreants at exa
mination centres.
