stice Sajjad Ali Shah.
The chief ju
stice has to announce a fina
l decision
after differences between the previous two-member bench emerged over the matter. The case came up for hearing before a 2-member bench of the SHC – comprising Ju
stice Ahmad Sheikh and Ju
stice Karim Khan Agha.
Due to differences between the two judges on the matter, the case ha
s been sent to the SHC CJ for his
decision as a referee judge. His
decision will be considered fina
l decision.
